Women’s Running Apparel
Fractel's women's running apparel covers the essentials for training, trail and everyday running: tees, singlets and long sleeves in breathable, quick-dry fabric.
Breathable fabric, clean fit
Most pieces are made from REPREVE, recycled polyester that keeps its shape through repeat washes and long training blocks. Lighter builds cover the warmer months, and long sleeves take over once the mornings turn cold.
REPREVE, doing the heavy lifting
REPREVE takes first-use polyester out of the equation, spun from recycled PET instead. It's not a single standalone piece off to the side. It's used across most of this womens running apparel range, holding its shape wash after wash the way you'd expect from a technical fabric, not just a sustainable one.
Shaped around how women actually move
Singlets and tees are cut with room through the shoulders for a full arm swing, not just resized from a men's block. Pair a lighter piece with our headwear range for warm sessions, or size up to a long sleeve once it's cold.
Browse women's running tees, singlets and socks as separate pieces, or complete the kit with running hats.
FAQs
What's different about womens running apparel versus a unisex cut?
Fit through the hips, waist and chest is cut differently, and the inseam and rise are proportioned for a women's build rather than scaled down from a men's pattern. It's less about a different fabric and more about the garment actually sitting right when you run.
What temperature range does womens running apparel like our tights actually work for?
Full-length tights generally suit anywhere from a mild morning down to genuinely cold, roughly 0-18C, and you can extend that range further by layering a top half above them rather than needing a second pair of leg wear.
Should I avoid fabric softener when washing my womens running apparel?
Yes, fabric softener coats technical fibres and stops the fabric wicking properly, and can trap odour-causing bacteria in the process. A plain detergent keeps the moisture-wicking finish working as intended.
