General Shipping Information

All packages are sent from our warehouse in Beaurepaire, France. We send all Caps in secure cardboard boxes. We use the best provider based on the location we are sending.

All shipping is tracked.

What are your shipping options and costs?

Shipping Times

Please allow one business day for the item to be processed and shipped.

Once we hand the item over to the post/courier service, the delivery is out of our hands, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care.

Delivery times vary depending where the item needs to be delivered.

Once shipped:

Please allow 2 business days within France.

Please allow up to 9 business days for the rest of Europe.

Customs, Taxes and Duties - EU

Imports into any country may incur duties/taxes; however, we do not anticipate any extra costs within the EU. Whatever each country decides to charge for duties is a governmental decision, something we do not have any influence or control over.
